Gillian's room

Full disclosure, these are old pictures as I currently have someone living here and would like to respect their privacy. However, as soon as their lease is up and they are out, I will be uploading updated pictures and offering tours. I am looking for someone to move in end of January 2024; 6 or 12 month lease. The rent is 1400$ total so 700$ a person not including bills. The house runs on well water so there is no water bill. Electric, Internet, and trash average about 130-200$ a month, and that really depends on how often everything is in use. The house is under 900 square feet but it honestly doesn’t feel like it on the inside, and everything is up to date. The neighbors are not super close so there is a nice sense of privacy. There are 3 bedrooms in total and 1 bathroom, I understand that is not ideal but I do try to keep to myself and keep everything clean. It’s also about a 10 minute drive from UNG and downtown Dahlonega, and about 15 minutes off 400.

My name is Gillian Daniels, I have lived here for about 4 years and have loved it. I have known the landlord for a while and they are super nice and accommodating. Im a manager at Taco Mac so I work all kinds of hours but I try to be quiet and thoughtful if I’m leaving early or coming in late, most of the time it’s the latter. Unfortunately I am not allowing other pets, I have a 16 year old cat and am trying to limit his stress. That being said, he does keep to himself for the most part. He does like attention and may meow at ya, but if you don’t want him in your space, which is totally fine, I just ask that you kindly keep doors closed. I am just looking for someone that I can get along with, that is clean, good at communicating, and not a huge partier. I look forward to meeting/talking with you! :)
