Located on the west side of Manhattan of Scenic and Anderson. It’s a great quiet location. 5 minutes from Dillon’s, 10 minutes from Kstate/ Aggieville, 15 minutes from Fort Riley. The bedroom currently has a desk perfect for students or those that do some work from home. The apartment is a 2 br 2 ba so you would have your own bathroom. Apartment is 1100sqft has a electric fireplace. Kitchen is stocked. The only furnishings you would need is a bed, etc for the bedroom. Apartment is equipped with a Wyze smart cam, 60 inch entertainment system. Living room has a reclining couch and a love seat pull out. Apartment has a Balcony with a big storage closet. No gas grills at this location. I have ordered a black stone electric grill/ Griddle to be used on the balcony. Utilities run on average 120 a month. You would pay for half so your share would only be 60. You will have to put an application through the apartment office to get approved. I will have to meet you in person to see if it will be a fit.
1 person currently lives in the apartment. Kevin a 32 yo single male that works in the transportation/ Logistics industry as a regional bulk commodities driver and dispatcher. I work out of town 3-4 nights a week so you would have the apartment to yourself on those days. My off days are the weekends. I enjoy going to Kstate football and basketball games on my free time, catching a movie, hiking in the area, going to Aggieville/downtown for fun. In the warm months I spend time going to the lake and buying local from the farmers market.
