Available unfurnished bedroom in a comfortable house across the street from UVM’s medical campus. Looking for a working professional or grad student roommate in their 20s to 30s to live with three others in their early to late 20s .

Room is private and shares full bath with one other person, while the other two of us live upstairs. House is very accommodating and we want everybody to feel at home. There are two cats who are both very good with other cats, as well as a spacious fenced-in backyard. Location has immediate access to centennial woods with miles of hiking trails, and a garage for storing bikes etc in. Very quiet neighborhood and very well located – walking distance from downtown and UVM.

Three people living in the house, all of whom are working adults (2 males and 1 female) in their early to late 20s. We keep a clean, comfortable, and very inviting space. We’ve all had plenty of roommates in the past so we know very well how to live with other people, and we’re all very friendly. You would be living with a massage therapy student/server, an engineer, and a backwoods caretaker/maple syrup maker who all enjoy getting outside and seeing Vermont year-round.
