Ben's room

Room is about 137x121x89 about 16 sqft Features a full closet and freshly painted walls and ceiling. Has hydronic heated hardwood floors. In the summer a window air conditioning unit will be available. House has a full kitchen, a gas stove brand new washer and fridge, a shared bathroom, washer and dryer. Living room has a large entertainment center with a TV that connects to the internet for streaming services. House has fiber optic internet. There’s some storage space in the garage.

I’m the owner of the house, I work 8-10 hour days, I spend quite a bit of time at the gym and sleep from 9-5, I tend to be quiet, do a large amount of cooking on Sundays. My dog is a scottish terrier, he hasn’t spent a lot of time around other dogs and has had bad experiences with children.
