Lehman Avenue

Hello! I’m looking for a new roommate (preferably female) to take over a room in my 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment in West Valley (right next to green line station & city hall) starting February 1, 2024 for a 6 or 8 month lease with option to renew. Rent is ~$1100 a month including utilities. Free uncovered parking available with option to waitlist for garage parking at an additional $60 a month. The building opened in 2021, and my current roommate and I are the unit’s first tenants. The apartment complex has a gym with rock climbing wall and basketball court, pool, hot tub, fire pits, etc.

A little about me: I’m 26 and work full-time from home. I moved to SLC just over two years ago; I’m originally from North Carolina. I don’t have any pets but am open to living with pets. (FYI A cat currently lives with us, if you have an allergy. The space will be cleaned throughly before move-in.) I like to keep common areas tidy and clean. I’m fine with guests over as long as they are respectful of our space. I don’t mind a roommate who keeps to themselves, I do too, but would love someone who’s down to hang out on occasion, share meals, go out, etc.
