I have been renting in this home for 9 years now and let me tell you the owners are absolutely incredible. Pretty basic rental history and credit history check. I think it’s 25. I can send the link upon request. Ok back to the house. Built in 1907 it’s two bedroom downstairs full bathroom and 1/2 bath on the top floor. I’ve got enough stuff that if you need furnishings I can accommodate that for you. Fairly updated place considering the age. All new appliances kitchen stove, dishwasher, and fridge all new. Filtered water and ice in the fridge. I’ll cover the internet. But we will split utilities generally it varies depending on the season. I’ve had it under a hundred the last two months for power and gas. I’d say a little over double that for 2 people. I’m great at turning lights off behind when I’m finished: also have some Alexa’s and smart lighting in a few rooms. Plenty of room in this place fenced yard outside and a brand new back deck. Street parking up front. Parking in back as well. If you wanted a room downstairs it would be warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. But if you want the upstairs that’s cool too. There’s plenty of storage if you needed to store some things. Ok about me I’ve got an 9 yo pitbull she’s such a love bug. But also protective so you’ll always feel safe when she’s around. Not that it matters but I also have a belt in Krav Maga. I’m pretty laid back but also particular. As far as staying tidy for the most part. You’re more then welcome to use any of my stuff I’ve got a washer and dryer on site. They’re older but clean and work great. I don’t have people over often like as far as often like never. Doesn’t mmmmmm it also doesn’t bother me having people over but keep in mind my dog can be intimidating and she’s vocal on the first meet. I work full time and am home around 430. I either relax in the room mostly or will be working on stuff in the basement or the cars. If you don’t want to be bothered then I won’t bother you. Also if somethings bothering you that I’m doing just let me know so I can fix it. If anything breaks just let me know and I’ll handle it. First and last rent and security deposit of 463. I’m flexible on the last months rent and deposit so if you needed to split it up that’s fine. That’s upon passing a background check and seeing if we’re a good fit. So I would like to start out as a 3 month because I’ve had some very poor luck with not so good people. If you’re a good person and not trying to hurt this wonderful place I look after then I’d more then welcome having another longer lease made up! If the 3 month is a deterrent I can talk about it.
