Furnished basement with high ceilings, recessed lighting, and a considerable amount of natural light from three windows which do open and close easily. The area is a large open space which includes a queen size bed, a desk, vanity, dresser, bookcase, a wardrobe, closet, leather couch and an entertainment system. I enter the space only to use the washer and dryer, as well as the storage area. The basement is fairly full of furniture but items can be removed or shifted to your liking. The property is located in 40505 in a single family home and can be accessed privately through the back yard.

Single female, high school teacher, 45 years young, child free, senior 5 pound toy poodle. Quiet, seldomly have visitors. My is not allowed in the basement, she is very sweet and is nearly blind. I do have sensitivity to smells, food, chemicals, candles. I do my best to keep my home free of these odors. Although more difficult in the winter months, I do make an effort to air out my home when cooking, I avoid all chemical cleaners opting for a more natural lifestyle, which is one of ,my core values. I do not drink alcohol. I am also a licensed real estate broker, so I have experience with rental contracts and agreements, and I have learned from having a roomate occupy my basement in the past. I am respectful and expect open and honest communication. My home is my sanctuary and I hope that my roommate could feel the same. The backyard is private and has a 6 foot privacy fence that remains locked. I also have a whole home security system which I recently installed. It has given me more peace of mind. As an oocupant you would need to learn how to operate it when coming and going. Some of my expectations would be to keep the shared kitchen area clean, and to give ample notice if you expect to have company. I will not allow overnight guests. No pets. No children. Females only.
