You’ll have easy and full access to common areas on the 1st floor, which include a full living room, dining room, kitchen, as well as a deck, within a fully fenced in yard.

Utilities are included – the home has new HVAC with individual room zones for heating & cooling. I am an unathletic male, early 30s, with no interest in social media. I live on the 1st floor with my two dogs, Bruce who is a fun ball crazed shepherd mix, and Zoey who is an older dog that just chills. I work 2nd shift (manufacturing) nearby and pop back during “lunch” for the pups. I’m very low drama, enjoying board and video games. I smoke weed, and my favorite show is futurama, favorite musical is South park, bigger longer uncut.
