RENT FREE ROOM for VOLUNTEER LIA (Live In Assistant) ~ SEEKING SOMEONE WHO CAN ASSIST ME PART TIME (disabled, am learning to walk again)

–>HOME= *Free private furnished Room in 2 Bedrm, 1.5bath Townhouse in quiet Woodstock Neighborhood (off 92 between Main St & Sandy Plains) *No charge for room, water, electric, trash *No internet, no cable (do have TV in living room which is connected to DVD player) *No animals *No additional people

–>TASKS INCLUDE= *DAILY (1/2-1hour): clean litter box, take trash out to dumpster, assist me as needed *WEEKLY (1hour): complete items from weekly To-Do List *TWO WEEKDAY (1/2Day): drive me to appointments & help with errands

–> MUSTS= *Keep calm quiet drama-free environment *BE sensitive to my PTSD *BE clean, courteous, kind, caring, friendly, fit and physically able to help *In charge of own food/meals, linens/pillows *have & use own vehicle for Self & for driving me

*MUSTS:

• No Smoke/vape
• No alcohol/drugs -No drama -No guests -BE ok with cats -Clean up after Self -Communicate clearly & timely directly and/or via text -Contribute weekly funds towards professional house cleaning, laundry and household items
