Andrew's room

I am looking to rent out one of my 3 bed rooms in my Vista townhouse located in the 92084 area. Housing includes in-unit washer/dryer, driveway parking, private small yard, EV charging capable, walking distance to all essential stores, WiFi, and furnished (or rent the other room that is not).

I am 28 years old with my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. I work for a tech company in Carlsbad and free lance photography/videography on the side. I live with my 9-month-old sheepadoodle pup who’s very friendly and outgoing. During my free time, I like to hang out with friends and family or visit new places.
