Paul's room

Beautifully renovated large rooms in a 6 bedroom mansion in the university row neighborhood of Dayton, Ohio. Each room comes furnished with a queen size bed and large walk-in closets. There are 2 full baths that will shared among the roommates and a shared half bath in the basement as well. All utilities are included.

This will be a shared living situation with other roomies. We ask each roomie to respect other peoples privacy and space. We will not tolerate any violation of the house rules
