Hi everyone There is a small and cute room available with a small walk in closet in east Harlem 125th street. Roommates are super clean and nice so looking for the person with similar vibes. I have been living here since a year but since I have to move as I am done with my studies. Washer and dryer are also available in the unit. The rent will be $1100 including utilities. At the time of move in first month rent and deposit is to be given to the landlord which will be 1100(rent) + 1100(deposit) = 2200(total amount required to move in).
