I’m a 22 year old, female that is looking for a female roommate to take on the last 6 months of a current lease. I work days M-F and spend most evenings relaxing at home or out with friends in downtown St. Pete. I am a well organized and responsible roommate who values an orderly house and mutual respect for each other. I am looking for a financially responsible, stable roommate to share in with the rent and other bills (electric, insurance and internet). Person must apply with the leasing office and qualify with credit and financial proof. If this works out, I am willing to sign onto another 12 months.
