About the property: The apartment is located in the newly built Eagle Ridge Apartments complex in Troutdale -> 2530 SW Cherry Park Rd.

About the apartment: Located on the second floor, in the block that is furthest away from the busy streets (makes for a quiet location). The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is fully equipped with all electronic appliances (microwave, dishwasher, oven, washer, dryer) and comes with electric heating in all the rooms (including electric fireplace in the living room). The living room is also equipped with an AC/heating unit.

There is a small storage shed on the balcony where you may store your bike or other belongings.

About the rooms: Both of the rooms are available, as we are looking for people to move in and take over the lease.

Room 1: $900 per month - Available immediately. This is the smaller of the rooms, with built-in wardrobe, electric heating and carpeted floor. The bathroom is across the hall and basically your own, since the main bedroom has an ensuite.

Room 2: $1100 per month - Available after January 10. This is the main bedroom, perfect for a couple or someone wanting more space. The room has an ensuite, walk-in wardrobe, two spacious wardrobes and on clear days you can catch a glimpse of Mt Hood from the window. Note: we currently occupy this room but if any prospective tenants want to take this room we will move to the smaller room.

We are a straight, mid-30’s couple from Australia that like to keep fit and explore the beautiful PNW. He is an engineer and works on the coast, only staying at the apartment on weekends. She is a commercial pilot, currently studying in Troutdale and will be at the apartment full-time. We are currently occupying the main bedroom but will move into the smaller bedroom if you decide to take the main room. We are looking for clean, respectful and like-minded roomies to move in and take up the lease when we move out in Feb.
