Hello! We have 1 room opening in our 3bed/1 bath Baker Beach apartment in the Presidio.

About the apartment/community:

• Wood floors throughout
• Tiled kitchen and bathroom
• Two gas heaters
• Large windows with views of the beach and woods, very green and peaceful
• Dishwasher, stove, full size fridge
• Friendly neighbors all around us
• Safe community
• Communal washer/dryer room across the way (compatible with the Pay Range App)
• Bus 29 and the PresidiGo bus stops down the street

Across the street from Baker Beach Room: $977.44 base rent (without utilities) - 9.6’ x 9.6 ’. One window facing North, views of the Marin Coast. One large closet outside of the bedroom in the hallway included.

Move in Dates/Leasing Terms/ Move in costs

• Ideally at least an 8 month lease, but we can be flexible on this (the official lease is until end of August 2024). If you are able to find someone to replace you on the lease you can vacate early, you must give at least a 30 days notice of your move out date to allow your roommates to approve the replacement. But we are ideally looking for someone who will stay longer - especially if we get along well!
• Room is available in as little as 1 week after your application is approved until a latest move-in date of January 1st.

Utilities/Communal Costs

• Assigned parking spot included with this apartment unit rotated between the rooms monthly. ($25 each per month fee) this includes the parking spot and 2 parking passes for the street. Street parking is always really easy to find. - Roughly $70/month per person paid to the Presidio for Electric/Water/Sewer
• Wifi ~$40/month per person
• PG&E ~$30/month per person
• Total utility estimate of $165/month per person - Currently, we alternate who buys toilet paper, paper towels, etc for the apartment

• Preferably no pets but open to a dog. $50/monthly pet rent.
• Working from home is okay if you’re alright working mostly from your room and aren’t too loud
• Lives a peaceful and balanced life

About ZuZu:

• a year and half old rescue
• hound dog terrier mix, 25 lbs
• will take a few weeks to warm up to you and then is very sweet and cuddly
• loves chasing sticks on the beach and lounging in the sun

• Spends free time working out and exploring SF with friends and loves trying new restaurants -No pets, but loves dogs (unfortunately allergic to cats)
