Downstairs and upstairs bedrooms both have en suite bathrooms. Both very spacious rooms, downstairs bedroom has separate access to back porch and a garage parking space is available. I will only be living here two days a week. So roommate will have place to themselves most of the time.

I plan to have one roommate downstairs and one roommate upstairs. I will only be there twice a week and will share a bathroom with the upstairs roommate. Which is why the rate for both rooms with be different.
