We are renting out a bedroom with a private bath and private entrance in a large, fully renovated craftsman house in the heart of Long Beach, two-minutes walk from retro row (4th street corridor). Standing desk and chair included if desired.
There are four bedrooms total in the house, single-occupancy only so no more than 4 tenants at one time. Currently renting 3 working females in their 20s. Everyone is working or a student - no partying.
All utilities included: electricity, gas, water, trash, and basic internet
Common area includes living room, kitchen. Fully furnished and equipped (pots, pans, glassware, etc.).
All tenants must participate in a $25 per month cleaning fee to cover cost of monthly professional cleaning and cleaning supplies, paid in addition to their rent.
Parking is available on the side of the house for free but is tandem, so tenants will need to coordinate.
All rooms have a ceiling fan. Split AC unit in the living room.
Room #4 is 185 square feet, with a private bathroom (shower) and a private entrance $1,250 for a 12 months lease $1295 for a 6 months lease

All rooms are single occupancy only, with no exceptions due to having to share resources (kitchen, washer/dryer, parking, etc.). So there will be a max of 4 tenants in the house.
Females in their 20s, all working and/or studying. Everyone is friendly and gets along.
