M 42, HS Teacher. I’ve lived in this spot for over 3 years and really love it. I have a fairly fixed schedule with school - I’m up around 5 and go the gym and back home around 4-5. I usually crash around 9 before starting up again. I enjoy going out and having fun on the weekends but leave the party out there. I have friends over occasionally for board games (I have a big collection) but try to usually keep home as a sanctuary. In my at-home down time, I read, play games, work on art, bake, or explore new hobbies. I’ve lived in SD for over 15 years and this is my favorite spot I’ve ever lived. Looking for an awesome clean roommate to share this with!
