Bond Street

The home is 3 bed 2 bath and in a quiet neighborhood near CSUSB. The room has one queen bed, but I can remove it if you would prefer to bring your own. The room is $750 per month plus 1/3 of electric and water bills. There is one parking spot available in the driveway and WiFi is included. The bathroom is shared, but for the most part we will not be using that bathroom since we have one in our room. However, when we have guests, they will use that bathroom.

My wife and I are working professionals. We have a puppy that is currently 8 months old. We would prefer to rent the room to a student or working professional. I graduated from CSUSB in 2016 and 2019. My wife graduated from Rio Hondo in 2023. We do not treat this as a party house, but we do like to have gatherings during the holidays or special events. We do not smoke or do drugs and we would prefer to have someone who doesn’t either.
