The home is 3 bed 2 bath and in a quiet neighborhood less than 3 miles from CSUSB. We are looking to rent the room to a student.

The room has one queen bed, a mini fridge, a microwave, and the microwave stand. The rent is $800 per month plus 1/3 of electric bill. There is plenty of street parking, and WiFi is included. The bathroom is shared, but for the most part we will not be using that bathroom since we have one in our room. The room is for one person only. No pets allowed.

My wife and I are working professionals. I graduated from CSUSB in 2016 and 2019. My wife graduated from Rio Hondo in 2023. We do not treat this as a party house, but we do like to have gatherings during the holidays or special events. We do not smoke or do drugs and we would prefer to have someone who doesn’t either. We have to small Pomeranians.
