This is 5 bedroom 3 full bathroom over 3500 square feet home . I have a room that is downstairs that is spacious that is a can come with a garage access in the garage and it is downstairs so you’re next to the shared bathroom in the laundry room and I can do that at 1200+ $1000 deposit .The other two rooms are upstairs, are $1000 which are very big and spacious with 1000deposit . Also, if you have a child that is a girl she can share the bathroom with my daughters bathroom all other roommates share the bathroom downstairs. We live in a gated community that is a very nice neighborhood that outlooks a golf course. It is five minutes away from Bates nut farm. We are 10 minutes away from Valley view Casino in Harrahs Casino. You are 30 minutes away from the beach. You are 10 minutes away from a town called Escondido, which has a mall and other things to offer shopping as well. This is a very quiet community so if you are a busy person and love, a nice spacious home to come enjoy and to relax and this is the space for you . Also a very big backyard and I also have a basketball court and will be adding other things back there. So come and check out the place and we can meet and greet .If I feel like it’s a good vibe between us and a good fit for me and my daughter that is eight years old and then we can go from there and you guys can come check out the house and from there. Also wanted to add it that I thought the rooms you can have them furnished or unfurnished so I do have that option.

My name is ike I have my own business I’ve been having for 12 years I work from home since Covid and so I do all my work here at home and I am busy also with my daughter so we are gone a lot. Yeah we like to enjoy our TV time playing outside, and also doing things with our family and sometimes our friends going out places and doing things such so we are just me and my daughter here hoping to meet some greats folks with good vibes 😎
