Two 28 year-old male professionals are looking for a third roommate for a January 2024 move-in for a gorgeous top-floor 2200 sq. ft Venice apartment 1 block from the beach and canals. This apartment has in-unit laundry, heat/AC, an open kitchen, bar, and a wine cooler. The roof is 1500 square feet and is perfect for entertaining. The roof is shared with the below unit, meaning a maximum of 6 people have access. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac one block from the Venice breakwater on the beach, the Venice canals, and Venice nightlife, you could not ask for a better location. The building is a secluded 3-story walk-up with two other units.

Your room is 8.5’ x 14’ and shares a bathroom with my other roommate.

This apartment is a brand-new lease, so it is currently unfurnished, but your room does come with a bed frame and dresser. If you’d like additional furniture such as a mattress we can work something out.

We’re looking to charge around $2,300 for the room, but finding the right fit is paramount, so we’re willing to negotiate for the right person. If you love the beach and Venice life please don’t hesitate to reach out!

We both work fully remote and are quiet, considerate, and clean. However, we do enjoy entertaining during the weekends and are very into concerts, live comedy, and film in addition to basketball and general beach life.

Ideally, we’d like to find another social twenty-something professional with similar interests who enjoys having roommates and is considerate of the space.
