Gina's room

Unfurnished second bedroom in a 2-bed 1-bath apartment at Grenadier Village in Liverpool. There is a floor lamp in there right now, but that would be it for furniture. There is also a 32“ smart TV that can stay in the room. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished.

No-smoking apartment.

Grenadier Village is pet-free, except for service and support animals (I have an ESA cat).

Would also need to fill out Grenadier’s application forms.

You’d be living with one roommate (me!). I’m 24, female, working full time, and I’m also going to school part time, but am still around the apt most nights and on weekends. I’m really friendly and like getting along with people! I’m not a partier at all, but I am a super night-owl and I tend to be up and about very late.

I’m not a neat freak, but also not a total slob. I like to keep a pretty clean apartment, but a little mess or some dishes in the sink for a day aren’t gonna bug me.

I have an ESA cat, so you must be cool with cats! Any other pets (support or service only, per Grenadier) would be subject to a meet-and-greet.

Personal: I like video games, cooking & baking, anime, and I’m a huge music lover (currently working my way through my parents’ record collection). I really love trying new hobbies- I’m currently trying to teach myself how to knit! Generally, I pretty much like hanging out at home, so would like to be able to be friendly, hang out, maybe watch a movie or cook together once in a while :)
