My apartment is in Irvine Spectrum’s newest, luxury apartment community and is walkable to the Los Olivos marketplace as well. You can find whole foods, rite aid pharmacies, Wells Fargo bank, Starbucks, Mediterranean restaurant, salons at a walking distance. The spectrum center is a 5 minute drive where you can find the best of fashion,retail, target/nordstrom/sephora’s, apple store, regal movie theater, fine-dining restaurants and books/gift shops/barnes & noble, pet shops/salons available.

This lease will be till April 2024 initially (renewable) and the common areas will be the kitchen and the living room. I am looking for a working professional who is someone mature and can stay clean and not be a disturbance. Rent includes access to the shared kitchen/ living /dining/ master bed & bath /patio/parking/swimming pool/jacuzzi/gym/yoga room/pet parks/lounges/cafe & market. I would be running a background check on you if you are interested and also signing a contract with you.
