Angel's room

My fiance and I are looking for a roommate to help split rent and utilities in our 3 bedroom apartment. We are 420 friendly, pets are okay depending on the pet and smoking is okay with windows open. We know times are tough so we thought we would rent out our spare bedroom to someone in need especially since winter is coming soon. If you are interested please let me know. The bedroom is available right now and does have big closet space. You will also have full use of whole apartment and private balcony. Security deposit is negotiable.
