Utilities is usually ~100/person/month and include energy, gas, water, trash, internet 1Gig. House has washer and dryer with Samsung 4 door refrigerator. Kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, gas stove and dishwasher. Central A/C and Heat. House is furnished downstairs with a sofa and TV for living room and bar stools for kitchen island. Kitchen is shared among all and all utilities will be shared among all. Parking is available for 4 cars ( 2 in the garage and 2 outside)… Street parking or curb parking for the 5th. Drive 2-3 mins and you have Hooky’s (bowling and IMAX), McDonalds, Burger King, Bar and Wineries, Pizza hut, Dominos, Subway, Starbucks, Taco Bell, Mighty Fine, Taco Casa, Panda Express, Sonic, Italian fine dining and many more options. Home Depot, Lowe, Banks, Pharmacies and others in less than 5 min drive. Both HEB and Walmart are less than 10 min drives. Kalahari Resort is a 10 min drive as well. SH 130 toll that connect Austin, RoundRock, Domain and more is less than 3 miles away. Airport is 35 min drive using the toll road. Tech Ridge is 20 mins drive.
