About the room
I just recently moved to Plantation Florida for work and am looking for a roommate. Rent is expensive so I found it to be more cost effective to rent a two bedroom and split the cost. I am looking for a roommate who is female and is between 19 and 25. I would like to live with someone who likes to keep a clean living space. The room I will be renting out will come with a private bathroom (bathtub included) and closet. The base rent is $1500 a month per person. . Everything will be furnished besides your bedroom.
About the roomies
Everyone at Leena Plantation is very friendly and welcoming. I will be the only other person living in the specific unit listed. I keep my space clean. I hope to find a roommate who is the same.
