In a very safe and great neighborhood bordering Indio and La Quinta. Highly convenient and walking distance to the many shops and restaurants along Highway 111. The room is clean and bright and comes furnished with a mini-fridge. Bathroom will be predominantly for your use, only occasional emergency use for any guests. Driveway parking and you may store some items in the garage as needed. Kitchen, dining room and living room access. Backyard is simple with a large covered patio. Front yard also includes a concrete pad for lounging. WiFi, Gas, Water, Trash, Security system is included. You will be responsible for 1/3 of electricity bill.

We are a married, professional couple in our early 40’s. No children in the house except for two friendly dogs. Husband freelances as an electronic DJ and music event producer, so there will be loud music played on occasion in the evenings and weekends (in a separate, closed room). We are courteous, respectful, responsible and nice people looking for same.
