We have a 3 bedroom 2 bath house in Long Beach 90808 (ALL FEMALES - 1 BR LEFT) about 8 minutes north of CSULB, 5 minutes from LBX Airport, 5 minutes from El Dorado Park, 15 minutes from the beach/Downtown LB, and 10 minutes from Cerritos Mall and Lakewood Mall/Costco. We have 1 unfurnished room available with a shared bathroom. Room Description: 11’x10’ for $1,150/month + utilities. The room has 2 windows providing good lighting and great air flow. House has lots of windows that provide natural lighting throughout, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a jacuzzi, and yard space as shown. Comes with plenty of street parking. The neighborhood is fully residential so it is fairly quiet and very safe. You will have to fill out a $50 rental application that would include a background check. $1,150 security deposit required.

Me and my fiance will be living in a separate unit. In the house, two girls are moving in Jan 1st. One is a working professional and the other is a transfer student coming from Mexico.
