The house is open and spacious with the kitchen opening up directly to the dining room and the dining room opening up to the living room. Washer and dryer are located on site in the basement. There is a detached garage where you can park your car and a large storage space in the basement as well. Heat and hot water are included in the rent. Pets are not allowed. Landlord requires excellent credit and verifiable income.

Roommate: I work full time and work from home 1-2 days a week. I enjoy cooking, traveling, yoga, volleyball, kickboxing, and gardening. Looking for a roommate to share the space and help pay half of the utilities.
