Victoria's room

The apartment complex is in South Lakeland, near Lakeside Village. Rent includes all utilities, and use of the facilities (pool, tennis court, gym). The electric and WiFi bills are the only separate bills you would share with me, and I already factored that into the total price listed:) The area has really nice walking trails and is near a few different grocery stores.

My current roomate is moving out soon and so it would just be me living here with you. I am 21, working a full time job, so I am gone all day most week days. I’m pretty chill for the most part, and would really love to cultivate a friendship through rooming together:)
