Ground floor apartment in a quiet complex located in between the retail area of West Bountiful and the residential areas of Bountiful proper. 

Everyone can apply. The apt is suited for persons with mobilized disability. So, if you have a mobilization disability I highly recommend you take a look at it. It has accessible parking spaces directly in front of the apt. 

Bedroom and bathroom = ~170 sq ft. Shared spaces are the kitchen and living room. There is a washer but not a dryer, if you’d like to bring a dryer that is fine (I hang my laundry to dry, evaporation is a natural process…and free).

If you’re a chill person or someone like a student or professional just looking for a place to study/work and relax on your days off, this is a good spot for you. If you’re looking for a spot to bring many people around to party and hangout, I’ve nothing against it personally but I don’t think this would be the right fit for you.

One thing that’s very important is that you love having pets around. I have two small to mid size blue and red heelers, both very sweet.
