Emmarie's room

Hi. We are looking for a roommate for our 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment here in Wilmington. There’s a storage closet that comes with it and in unit laundry machines. The complex has a game room, movie theater, pool and gym. We are open to small dogs but no cats as we are both allergic. Rent is around $550/month not including utilities. Utilities tend to be around $60/month for each of us.

My name is Emmarie. I’m a nursing student and I work at a retirement community. The other roommate is Samantha who is a marine biologist and vet tech. We both are UNCW alumni and keep to ourselves most of the time. We do enjoy being social and are friendly people.
