Hello, I am looking to transfer my lease for next year over to someone at University House Tempe from January 1st to July 25th 2024. I am in a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom apartment on a 10-15 floor premium(full view of stadium) with an XL bedroom(bathroom inside of room) living with 3 guys. The rent is $1,149 a month including utilities except electricity(roughly 50 dollars). The apartment comes fully furnished including a washer and dryer. Includes high-speed internet and amenities(pool, fitness center, clubhouse, etc.). It is right next to ASU Tempe campus(1 minute walking).

I will not be living there as I am moving to Chandler. The other 3 guys are chill and mind their own business.
