Hi there! Private room and your own full bathroom; room is carpeted and the bathroom is large. The apartment (2 bed/2 bath) is about 950 sq ft, so just about half of that would be yours. In unit washer and dryer! The complex has 3 pools, a jacuzzi, gym and lots of grass. So far, I haven’t had any issues with vandalism or theft. It’s quiet enough and the apartment is on the first floor, so no stairs! The kitchen we would share is large and has plenty of storage. If you’re coming with living room furniture or other items and belongings, we can figure out a place for them and make sure everyone is comfortable. Lastly, two months is the minimum that you would be obligated to stay. If it wasn’t a fit or you ended up not being able to afford it, then obviously that would change.

It’s just me living here at the moment, my husband is deployed and will be back for several months this year and then will deploy again. We have 1 large dog and 1 small dog. They’re super friendly and would be okay with another pet joining us. It can’t be a restricted breed because of the complex’s requirements. I am neat and try to be clean, but sometimes only have the motivation to clean one room in the apartment. I keep to myself when I have roommates and don’t tend to want to hang out with them. I won’t have any romantic guests until my husband comes back, but don’t mind if you have someone in your life. I just don’t want them here every single night, as I don’t think it’s fair. I also work from home. I’m sorry, but I can’t room with any tobacco smokers. Thank you!
