We have 2 Rooms available to rent in a new home build near Bulverde which is about 15 min North of Stone Oak and 281! We’ll be living on site, and we have 2 Dogs, a Rotweiller and a Pit-bull Mix. We are a younger couple in their 30’s, I’ll be attending school and my wife is working, so we’re gone most of the day! All rooms have access to the kitchen to utilize, and a section of refrigerator for your groceries and a section in the pantry for your snacks, unless you want to keep a mini fridge in your room, whatever works for you. The rooms are located near the front of the house and they are 11ft x 11 ft in size so it will fit a queen bed and a tv stand. There will be new Samsung laundry appliances on site for usage as well, all included. The only areas that have limited access, are the living room and dining room which is our space once we are home. Street Parking encouraged. December 1st move in date! The neighborhood has access to 2 pools, basketball court, fishing pond , fitness center and walking trails. No cost to you, just ask us for the key pass to those things. We will have security monitoring in the main areas of the household, such as the living room, kitchen and front entrance. There is a custom keypad which you’ll be assigned a key and a code, as well as your own key for your own room to keep your belongings safe. Pets will be a non refundable charge of $500 extra, only dogs, no cats. Fish Bowls or Reptiles are ok. Please let us know if you need a furnished room.

We’re a younger couple in Mid 20’s and we work all day from 6am-8pm but about 4 days a week. 3 days a week we’ll be at the house. But I have school and we manage our other property as well on our off days, so always busy. We are easy going people and we care about our roommates.
