This is a lease take over for a 2 br 1 ba apartment starting for April 1. I am willing to subsidize the rent by paying $300 off each month for the remainder of the lease (Lease ends in September.) The standard rent cost is $1550 a month. Utilities bring it up to $1610, this does not include electricity (roughly $40-80) or internet. So from April to end of October you’ll pay paying roughly $1360 a month total (minus internet.)

You will need to fill out forms/application with the leasing company/landlord. Typically your income should be 3x what the cost of your portion of the rent is.

The apartment is 1200 sq with a patio, 2 br and 1 bathroom. There is a balcony with room for a small garden. I am willing to leave some furniture behind for you if you would like to have it, otherwise it will be donated.

The neighborhood is very nice. Haggen is down the street along with a few restaurants. A few buses are nearby that can take you to WWU easily.

I’m a full time artist who loves arts and crafts. I spend most of my time in my office bedroom and out on the weekends. I have a tiny garden on the patio that you’re more than welcome to have your own plants in. I’m mostly quiet and rarely play my music out loud.
