Furnished room for rent in quiet, clean house located outside of Wilton Manors, less than 10 minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale. Shared bathroom but can discuss different pricing if looking for private bathroom. Room may also be unfurnished if preferred. Huge wraparound driveway and ample parking space. Long or short-term leases accepted. Month-to-month.

House is currently rented by my boyfriend (24, civil engineer) and I (27, bartender). Both working professionals, clean and respectful. Dog parents to a sweet bully who loves cuddles and people. Would prefer no other dogs but she is friendly, so would be open to a meet and greet to see if it’s a good fit. No smoking in house.
