We have a deck. Also 2nd floor nice windows. There is a court yard. Close to two stores and a nice trail. I have lots of plants. Contact me if your animal is the only issue may be able to work it out.
I like to keep the shared space clean especially the kitchen so we all have equal access to the space. Idk care about how your room looks as long as there is no old food and dishes. Also no smoking or vapes inside rules and I hate vape smoke but you can have them just don’t do it inside.
