BAD CREDIT AND LOW INCOME ACCEPTED. Enjoy a fully furnished room located in a mansion atop a private road, providing plenty of parking. The room features a large private bathroom with a queen bed and smart tv. Guests will have access to the mansion which boasts a fully stocked kitchen, bar seating, outdoor seating with an incredible view of the desert, and plenty of living room space. The kitchen is industrial sized and is stocked with appliances like an air fryer, toaster oven, and pressure cooker. We are pet friendly so feel free to bring your fur baby! Utilities and Wifi are included, no security deposit or last month’s rent required. Applicants will submit an application and $40 for a background check
