ABOUT THE HOUSE: We live right behind a school in an area thats not on a main street so its not too busy. This house was fully remodeled in late 2018 with this room being added. There is central AC and heat, internet, and a laundry room in the garage. You’ll have full access to the kitchen as well. Parking is nice. It can fit up to 5 cars but park on the street if you can to save space. Street parking is also limited at times. Some of us have designated parking spots on the driveway.

HOUSE RULES: Tenant must be hygienically and have good cleaning habits. This means the tenant is responsible for cleaning after they cook, and keeping their overall space in which they occupy clean. House parties are not allowed, we have occasional kickbacks, bonfires in the backyard, and other social gatherings with the roomies and other friends. Keep the noise level down after 11:30pm.

GUESTS POLICY: Guests cannot park up on the driveway and do not have access to the laundry room. They cannot remain on the property if you are not present (this has happened in the past and caused issues). Overnight guests are allowed only twice a week. Guests cannot invite other guests to the property.

Rent will be paid the first of each new month, cash or zelle. ABOUT THE AREA: There is an elementary school right over the backyard fence, and a fire station down the street. This home is in east side San Jose, and is in a generally safe part of it. Theres tons to do around. Valley fair mall is about 15 min away, and the nearest target is about 2 min. Traffic on the main roads are busy during traffic hours.

ABOUT THE ROOMIES: Hello! My name is Chris, the person making this listing. I live in one of the master bedrooms and is tasked with being the “landlord” here. We are pretty diverse here, coming from different backgrounds. We all get along but most of us keep to ourselves. Overall a really chill place to live.
