Hi, my roommates and I are looking for a 4th girl to join our apartment !! We’re all exchange students from USD, we’ll be staying from mid-January to end of May. This is a 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms fully furnished apartment in Pacific Ridge (Mission Valley area) with $1,375 rent monthly including utilities. No lease or deposit. The place is safe, there are multiple security gates all around, there are a pool, common areas, gym The apartment includes : washing and drying machines, kitchen supplies and ustensils, fridge, air conditioner and heating, TV upstairs, 2 parking spots The room is a shared room for 2, each room has a closet. For now the bedrooms have 1 queen size bed but it’ll be changed for two individual beds
