I’m looking to rent out 2 bedrooms in a NEW 3BD+2.5B ADU in Garden Grove. It’s close to Koreatown! I do have a cat so please be pet-friendly. Will be ready for rent on December 1st.

Rooms Available: 1 master bedroom with walk-in closet & private bathroom ($1400; basic utilities included) 1 bedroom with an outside bathroom that will be shared with guests ($1300; basic utilities included)

No smoking/partying (smoking outside is ok) No pet (I know, I’m sorry) No overnight guests

A credit check and security deposit ($1000) are required to move in.

You will have access to the living room and the stove for light cooking! ADU has free wifi, laundry, and plenty of street parking. Only looking for single occupancy (female and/or members of the LGBTQ+ community preferred). Please respond in a DM with the info below, will not respond otherwise.

Hi! My name is Vy. I am currently a marine biology major at CSULB. I own one lovely cat that will be roaming around if I’m home.

I work in a coffee shop so fellow roomies will always get free coffee hehe.
