Master/primary also available for $1200/mo that has a walk-in closet, private bathroom with double vanity sinks, toilet behind separate door, and glass shower. Rooms available Jan 1st, 2024 non furnished. $650 fully refundable deposit $100/mo utilities for each room including internet and all Daybreak amenities such as gym, pools, parks, etc. Shared living room, kitchen, and laundry room.

Brand new home built in 2022. Looking for a roommate who is in their 20s or 30s (no couples please). Ideally, would like to get to know the roommate and be able to feel comfortable around each other if we run into each other at home. We like to have fun but are also very responsible. We all respect each others privacy, space and belongings - we expect the same from our new roommate.
