My name is Greg Cottarel and I am looking for a roomate in my new home in South Raleigh (located 8 minutes from downtown!)

RENOVATED private bathroom! You also have your own private office, in addition to your private bedroom.

The place is FULLY FURNISHED and move-in ready.

Large deck to hang out at in the morning. I have added an outdoor table and chairs, so you can enjoy your coffee in the sun.

I work in Tech and spend most of my day working. In the evening I will either go skateboarding or go to the gym. I also enjoy reading and going for walks. Looking forward to meeting you!
