The house also includes washer/dryer in utility room with sink, extra large fridge and bike rack in the garage. Park in driveway.

The room: Approximately 13’ x 12’ plus full closet. Furnished with queen bed, dresser, nightstand. Large south-facing window allows for plenty of warmth & natural light in winter. Shared bathroom. Included: utilities, internet, cable tv, home security, monthly housekeeping and maintenance.

Housemates: we are three professionals in our 30s-50s (in education, legal, and tech) working in the Peninsula. We enjoy cooking and socializing but this is not a party house. You must have a clean background, excellent credit score, 3x income, and great references.
