Stephanie's room

My potential roomie will actually have access to 2 bedrooms at their disposal (home office, storage, or single parent child’s room) as the home is a 4 bedroom. We’ve got a clean and comfortable 1400 sq ft house with a bathroom you won’t have to share right across from your bedroom. Fenced in front and back yards and a carport we can share. Large living room and dining room you’ll have plenty of opportunity to enjoy privately. Comfortably furnished and kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils.

Beginning around mid May, it will just be myself and my 17 year old daughter, who is actually starting college at UCF at the end of the summer, so her time here will be limited. We have a small cat that doesn’t care to wander the house much and spends most time in our bedrooms. My office is 5 minutes from the home, where I spend M-F, 9-5. My daughter’s classes and work schedule varies (she’s in the early college program at SPC and also has an internship). We’re both clean, respectful, and laid back.
