Weeks Drive

This is a room rented by the owner. The private family house is a ranch on a one-acre lot in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. The room is at the end of the house, fully furnished for a single person with a queen size bed. It has its own private bathroom outside the room and has two small closets. Other details can be discussed during the viewing.

This is a family where children are away to college and return at the end of the semester with visits in between. We have a small Bernadoodle dog, 2 years old. The lease is month to month with either party canceling providing there is a 30-day notice to the other party.
