Private room in Rosemead 2br 1.5 bath home.

Semi-private bathroom. It’s 1.5 bath since I mostly use the wash area in garage office. I keep no personal items in the house bathroom and can adjust my schedule to provide privacy when it’s needed.

Off street parking, wireless\wired internet, Netflix and utilities included.

Full kitchen, living room, laundry and comfortable living.

Be fair, working steady and dependable.

Two small dogs and one human live here - all easy to get along with. No smoking inside, no parties and the room is for single occupancy.

We spend most of my time in the detached garage office and backyard. I also travel so you would have the place to yourself while I’m away.
