This is a very large master bedroom with a huge his/hers closet. It has its own private entrance and bathroom with a tub/shower. It also has its own driveway within a gated property. We just got a Brand new AC/heating unit, microwave and mini fridge. There is some furniture in it; comfortable full size bed with brand new mattress, large mirror, antique desk, and side tables but it can be unfurnished upon request. This is a private unit without access to main house as it is its own unit with separate entrance. However patio and backyard access is available. Credit check will be required.

I am listing this unit for my father, he is 70 years old and on the complete opposite side of the house from this master bedroom unit. I also live on the property with my 6 year old son in the converted garage unit.
