4/2 but only looking for one roommate. It’s a Brand new house. Shared bathroom between one other person.

It’s currently my roommate Jeff and myself living in the house. Need someone reliable to move in December 7th for a minimum stay of 6 months-1 year. We are both busy people and work full time jobs. Both laid back. I require first and security deposit.
